Ingredients:

2/3 cup almond or coconut mill

11/3 cup frozen raspberries thawed

 3 TBS raw honey

 ¼ tsp vanilla

 ¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a blender except the coconut oil and process until smooth.

Then add the coconut oil and process for another 30 seconds.
