Tropical Breakfast Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup soya milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
1 tbsp honey
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 frozen sliced ripe large banana
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt

DIRECTIONS
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender for 2 minutes or until smooth. Add yogurt, and blend some more until blended. Serve immediately.
