Healthy Immunity Smoothie


½ cups dairy nondairy milk or water

1 cup kale or mixed greens

2 tablespoons pumpkin or sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 tablespoon raw cacao

3 drops stevia or 1 teaspoon honey

1 teaspoon bee pollen

a dash of cayenne

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix well.
