Tossed Salad with Italian Dressing

4 cups mixed baby salad greens
1 small cucumber, sliced into rounds
1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, whole or halved


1/4 cup Eden Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup water
2 Tablespoons Eden Organic Brown Rice Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Eden Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons Eden Shoyu Soy Sauce or 1/2 teaspoon Eden Sea Salt
2 teaspoons dried basil or 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh
1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon paprika powder
2 Tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley


Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Arrange salad in salad bowls and serve with dressing and you favorite accompaniments.
