Garlic Asian Green Beans



  • 500g green beans
  • 1/3cup butter
  • 2½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1 cup roasted cashews, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
    (* for garlic lovers, add 1 tbsp of dried minced garlic!)


  1. In a hot skillet, melt butter and add green beans
  2. Add soysauce and toss so the butter mixture is coating the beans
  3. Add rest of the ingredients and continue to toss every 2 minutes until green beans are cooked through (~10minutes)
  4. Top with ground pepper and serve while hot!
