Natures market is looking for an assistant that will support the CEO and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin scope includes communicating via Phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.


Other responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
  • Take Minutes of Meetings and communicate them to all
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Arrange CEO’s schedules and carry out all assigned tasks

Years of Experience: 1-3 years of work experience

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree Holder.

Skills, Knowledge &Abilities:

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and Planning skills
